Holladay Construction On Target For Mid-August Delivery

This southwest submarket of Indianapolis is a desirable location for distributors due to the proximity to national transportation networks and to developers with a low vacancy rate and a positive net absorption. The southwest submarket accounting for almost half the net absorption in the Indianapolis market. The speculative industrial facility at 8860 Mirabell Road, Indianapolis, Indiana features a cross-dock with 32’ clear height on a 16.58 acre site. TRA Architects and American Structurepoint designed the building to accomodate a variety of users with features that can be customized including 4 drive in doors, 26 loading docks expandable to 66, ample auto parking and trailer stalls as well as state of the art features such as ESFR fire sprinkler system, 3,200 amps of power and LED light fixtures
