Molto Properties To Deliver On 290 Northwest Business Center Q3 2019

Molto Properties, a privately held, nationally recognized, industrial real estate firm, has made significant progress on the development of their 136,651-square-foot distribution center.

290 Northwest Business Center, located at 21420 Northwest Freeway in Cypress, will house a spec Class-A, tilt-wall facility on approximately 8.65 total acres. The facility is in the heart of Northwest Houston, which is arguably the strongest industrial submarket in the Houston area.

Walls have been erected and the development is currently in the midst of steeling. Molto is excited to announce the property is now ready for showings to potential tenants. Molto aims to deliver its state of the art distribution facility mid-September 2019.

Due to substantial residential growth as well as its strong demographics, this area is extremely well-suited to accommodate distribution needs of not only the Houston area but other surrounding markets. The facility can accommodate one or two tenants and will feature a 32-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 2,586-square-feet of spec office space, 121 parking spaces, and a loading area with 30 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors.

Reed Vestal, Taylor Schmidt and Robert McGee with Lee & Associates – Houston will be leading the leasing/selling efforts of 290 Northwest Business Center.
