5425 Exploration Drive Is At Full Occupancy

Molto Properties announced that as of June 1, 2019, their newly constructed 620,935 square foot building located at 5425 Exploration Drive is fully leased. The building is situated on a 47 acre site in the 1,500 acre master planned park in the southwest submarket of Indianapolis known as Ameriplex. This new distribution facility features a 36’ clear height, cross dock loading, 4 drive in doors, 436 parking spots, LEED certification, and an ESFR fire protection system.

Molto continues to expand their footprint in this market with the acquisition of 16.58 acres for the development of a 246,426 square foot distribution facility. They will partner again with Holladay Construction, general contractor, American Structurepoint, engineer and JRA, architect. Molto was represented by Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe, from CBRE-Indianapolis in these transactions.
