Andrew Karabon Promoted To Senior Analyst

Molto Properties announced today the promotion of Andrew Karabon to Senior Analyst.

Mike Powers, Molto Senior Principal and Chief Investment Officer said, “Since joining the Molto Team in 2016, Andrew has exhibited a desire to grow and has been integral to our success. We look forward to his further contribution to the expansion of our footprint in the industrial market across the United States.”

Prior to joining the Molto team Andrew’s previous position was with Duff & Phelp’s Real Estate Advisory Group as an Analyst. In this capacity Andrew performed portfolio valuations and purchase price allocations for some of the largest industrial transactions that occurred between 2014 and 2016. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he triple majored in finance, real estate, and risk management.
