2379 Davey Road Is On Schedule For 2018 Q3 Delivery

Molto’s Davey Road site sits between I-55 and I-355 with superb access to both highways. The site will feature a 124,740 speculative facility that will become available for lease upon completion third quarter this year. The building will feature a 32’ ceiling height, 18 exterior docks (expandable to 40), 2 drive-in-doors and 149 car parking spaces. Jim Estus with Colliers International will be responsible for marketing the facility for lease.
