Molto Sells Phase II Of Airtex Commerce Center In Houston

Molto Properties announced today that it has sold approximately 9.2 acres in Houston, TX to Fleet Management Company.

Molto originally purchased a 20-acre commercial land site back in 2014 with Austin based Investor/Developer – Generational Commercial Properties.

After developing the adjacent 166,250 square foot Class A facility, Phase I, the excess 9.2 acres was marketed for sale and/or build to suit opportunity.

The site is centrally located on Airtex Drive, just east of I-45 and approximately three miles north of Beltway 8.
