Molto Properties Announces the Sale of a Property in Woodridge Commerce Center
Molto Properties announces the sale of a 129,241 square foot industrial property in Woodridge, Ill., a southwestern suburb of Chicago.
Located at 2240 W. 75th St., the facility offers 30-foot clear height ceilings, 14 loading docks, car parking for 117 vehicles and an additional 2,478-square-feet of spec-office space. The property has direct access to I-355 via the full interchange at 75th Street.
Molto Properties was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Wilkins and Lou Hall, executive managing directors. The buyer, Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies of Illinois, was represented by Ryan Earley and Terry Grapenthin of Lee & Associates.
