Molto Properties announces the sale of a 129,241 square-foot industrial property in Woodridge, IL, to Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies of Illinois.

Located at 2240 W. 75th Street, the facility offers 30-foot clear height ceilings, 14 loading docks, car parking for 117 vehicles and features 2,478-square-feet of recently renovated office space. The property has direct access to I-355 via the full interchange at 75th Street.

Molto Properties was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Wilkins and Lou Hall, executive managing directors. The buyer, Terrazzo & Marble Supply Companies of Illinois, was represented by Ryan Earley and Terry Grapenthin of Lee & Associates.
