Frederick Giesler Joins Molto Properties as a Real Estate Analyst

Molto Properties is pleased to welcome Freddy Giesler as a Real Estate Analyst, where he will support the firm’s strategic initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of our national real estate portfolio.

Freddy brings a well-rounded background in commercial real estate finance, with experience spanning investment analysis, asset management, and financial modeling. He has supported development projects across multifamily, retail, industrial, and student housing asset classes, contributing to feasibility studies, investor reporting, and leasing strategies.

He also has experience evaluating real estate portfolios, identifying value-add opportunities, and guiding data-driven investment decisions.

Freddy holds a degree in Finance from the University of Kansas and is an active member of Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP).
