Molto Properties Welcomes Neli Peeva as Staff Accountant

Molto Properties is excited to welcome our newest Staff Accountant, Neli Peeva, to the team. In this role, she will help strengthen Molto’s accounting operations and play a key part in supporting the company’s expanding real estate portfolio across the country.

Neli brings more than three years of experience in public accounting, with experience spanning financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. She has prepared tax filings and GAAP-compliant financial statements for a wide range of clients, gaining valuable experience across tax, compliance, and financial analysis.

Neli holds both a Master of Accounting and a B.S.B.A. with an Accounting Specialization from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She has successfully completed all four sections of the CPA exam and holds an Illinois Certificate of Exam Completion.
