Molto Properties Announces Major Lease with DB Schenker at Canal Pointe Industrial Park

Molto Properties is pleased to announce the successful leasing of Canal Pointe Building A, a 450,696 square foot industrial building located at 7585 Robinett Way in Canal Winchester, Ohio. The full building lease with global third-party logistics company DB Schenker represents a significant milestone for the property, bringing the two-building speculative development to 55% leased.
