Molto Properties Welcomes Ryan Gallagher And Ross Owen

Ryan Gallagher and Ross Owen joined Molto Properties earlier this year as Directors of Construction and Development. Both work closely with the Vice President of Construction and Development and are responsible for all aspects of asset development projects in their respective regions.

Gallagher is based in our Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois Office and is responsible for the development projects in the Midwest markets. Ryan brings over 15 years of General Contracting and Real Estate Development experience with projects spread throughout the Midwest and East Coast in many different sectors including education, civil, infrastructure, retail, storage, mixed-use, and warehousing. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.

Owen is based in our Houston, Texas office and is responsible for development projects in the Texas markets. Prior to joining Molto Ross spent over 6 years in the Land & Infrastructure Development and Pipeline Construction industries. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science and a Minor in Business.
