Molto Properties welcomes DNA Motoring to the Monument Business Park (MBP) in Deer Park, Texas. DNA manufactures, imports and distributes aftermarket automotive parts though its network of distribution centers in California, New Jersey and Texas. DNA will occupy the entirety of Building A, a 194,610 square foot Class A front load distribution center leaving Phase I of the 37 acre development at 739 Independence Parkway 73% occupied. The remaining vacancy of 162,697 square feet in Building B is a highly functional cross dock space in the in the front of the building, that with the site’s unique location and infrastructure Molto is confident it will lease in the near future.
Phase II of MBP is scheduled to break ground in June 2021. The 12 acre site is located just north of Phase I and will be the home of a 173,332 square foot front load distribution center and will feature the same best in class features of Phase I, generous trailer parking, 32’ clear height, efficient circulation drives, ESFR sprinkler systems and maximum loading doors.
Monument Business Park is located in the heart of Houston’s Port and Petrochemical complex, MBP offers unparalleled access and proximity to transportation arteries, including State Highway 225 (the Pasadena Freeway), the Houston ship channel as well as the Port of Houston, which ranks among the business busiest bulk and container ports in the US.
