Molto Continues To Be Bullish In Northwest Houston

Molto Properties announces the closing of its third land transaction in Houston’s northwest industrial submarket since 2018. The 11.92 acre site is located at 12020 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress, Texas and will be home of a 142,100 square foot, front load, Class A Industrial building designed by Seeberger Architecture and Langan Engineering.
