Molto Continues Development In Louisville, Kentucky

Molto Properties, a privately held, nationally recognized, industrial real estate firm, announced they closed on an assemblage of three properties totaling 23.36 acres located within the Renaissance South Business Park in Louisville, Kentucky. Molto immediately proceed with the development of a 324,012 square foot Class A industrial building with the intent of delivering the building by December 2020. Todd Naccarato, Managing Principal and founder of Molto Properties stated “Our team continues to be very bullish on this location due to the success we have had with our previous developments in this park” The industrial facility will feature a 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, LED Lighting, 2,760 sf spec office, 234 car parking spaces, 98 trailer park spaces and a loading area with 42 (expandable to 78) dock-high and 4 drive-in doors. 

“We are excited to start our fourth project in the Louisville and continue to build the strong relationships we have developed in the area since the purchase of our first 83 acre site in 2014” said Mike Powers, Senior Principal of Molto Properties. “These strong relationships enabled us to assemble this site from 3 parcels creating what we as a team believe to be a prime location”.

The site is located in the Renaissance South Business Park in Louisville, Kentucky a 680 acre Business Park created by the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation to promote airport-compatible redevelopment. The LRZC has made many public infrastructure improvements creating prime commercial land conveniently located within two miles of the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, two interstate highways and a major rail line providing a logistical advantage to industrial users.

Kevin Grove and Doug Butcher with CBRE – Louisville will be leading the leasing/selling efforts of this project. Paul Hemmer Company will be the general contractor.
