Molto Properties, a privately held, nationally recognized, industrial real estate firm, announced they closed on an assemblage of three properties totaling 23.36 acres located within the Renaissance South Business Park in Louisville, Kentucky. Molto immediately proceed with the development of a 324,012 square foot Class A industrial building with the intent of delivering the building by December 2020. The site is located in the Renaissance South Business Park in Louisville, Kentucky a 680 acre Business Park created by the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corporation to promote airport-compatible redevelopment. The LRZC has made many public infrastructure improvements creating prime commercial land conveniently located within two miles of the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, two interstate highways and a major rail line providing a logistical advantage to industrial users.
