Arco/Murray On Target For June 2020 Delivery

ARCO/Murray is ready to start foundations in the new year putting them on target for June 2020 delivery of Molto’s first development in the Nashville industrial market. The 10.4 acre site will home a 165,828 square foot Class A industrial spec building featuring tilt-up concrete construction with 32’ clear height and other best-in-class features such as LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler system. Located just off I-24 between the Sam Ridley Parkway Interchange and Waldron Road Interchange makes the site desirable to distributors.
