Phase I Of Molto’s Development Project In Cincinnati Submarket At 100% Stabilization

Molto Properties announces the stabilization of Phase I of its industrial development located near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport “CVG” outside of Cincinnati, Ohio in the Airpark International Business Park.

Grove Transportation, a provider of transportation and logistics services for domestic and international air freight forwarding companies, expanded their current lease by an additional 36,247 square feet to bring their total occupancy to 84,193 square feet at 1365 Aviation Boulevard in Hebron, KY. This lease brought Phase I of the Airpark development to 100% stabilization. Phase II located at 1370 Aviation Boulevard is on its way to stabilization as well with a 40,351 square foot lease signed with Vital Records Control (VRC), a full-service records and information management company, less than one month after the building was delivered. The close proximity of this site to the CVG and Interstate 275 makes this development attractive to both regional and national distributors leaving Molto confident in the leasing of the remaining 120,633 square feet of Phase II in the very near future.

Molto partnered with the Paul Hemmer Company to develop and construct the two buildings designed by KZF Design. The Class A state of the art industrial facilities feature Concrete Tilt-Up construction with a 32’ clear height, LED lighting and ESFR sprinkler system

Jeff Bender and David Kelly of Cushman and Wakefield will lead the leasing efforts for of this project in the Aripark International Business Park.
