Molto Properties Enters Nashville Market

Molto Properties announced today the acquisition of land for its first development in the Nashville market. A 165,828 square foot speculative industrial building will be developed on the recently acquired 10.4 acre site in La Vergne, Tennessee just outside Nashville. 

The site is strategically located just off I-24 between the Sam Ridley Parkway Interchange and Waldron Road Interchange in the heart of the Southeast industrial submarket of Nashville. The building will feature ample car parking in the front of the building and trailer parking stalls in the rear. The design created by JRA Architects and constructed by ARCO/Murray consists of multiple tenant entrances giving the building the flexibility to be divided to accommodate up to four units.

“We are excited to expand Molto’s National foot print into Nashville as we continue to focus on distribution centers that are most in demand and provide the greatest logistical advantage,” says, Michael Powers, Senior Principal of Molto Properties.

John Ward and Dave McGahren of Cushman and Wakefield will be leading the leasing efforts of 451 Mason Road. Kevin Scott is leading Molto Properties efforts to expand in the Nashville market.
