Construction Commences In North Aurora

Molto Properties partnering with Pizzuti Companies has started construction on its newly acquired site in North Aurora, Illinois. The 16.5 acre site is situated on the I-88 Corridor at the corner of Mitchell Road and Corporate Boulevard, less than two miles from the four-way interchange at Farnsworth Ave. This location is ideal for both local and national distributors because of I-88’s proximity to I-55, I-80, I-355 and I-294.

The North Aurora site will be home to a 274,664 square foot Class A speculative industrial facility that will include a 32’ ceiling height, 36 exterior docks (expandable to 56), 2 drive-in-doors, 275 car stalls and 60 trailer stalls. Construction will commence this spring with a targeted completion November 2019. Jeffrey Kapcheck and David Prell of CBRE will be responsible for leasing the facility upon completion.
