Molto Properties Names Nathan Mead Director Of Operations

Molto Properties is pleased to announce that Nathan Mead has joined the company as Director of Operations. In this role, Nathan will be responsible for managing the entire company’s industrial portfolio.  His responsibilities will include leading and managing capital improvement and tenant projects, overseeing the preparation of operating expense budgets, assisting with the disposition of assets, and interacting with existing and new tenants.

Nathan joins the Molto team bringing over a decade of property management experience. Nathan’s background lends itself well as Molto continues to grow in the marketplace and increases its footprint across the nation. Nathan received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Moody in Chicago and is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois.
