Construction Almost Complete In Cincinnati Submarket

Molto’s two-phase project at the Airpark Business Center in Hebron, KY is moving right along with Phase I complete and only 36,247 SF of space remaining for lease. Phase II is not far behind with completion scheduled for third quarter 2019. Like her sister building Phase II features concrete tilt-up construction and 32’ warehouse clear height.

Airpark Business Center is a 366-acre business park adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The park is easily accessible to I-275 and to the I-75 corridor making Molto’s state of the art industrial facilities a prime location for regional and national distributors.
