Molto Properties Announces New Lease With Express Bolt & Gasket For Houston Facility

Molto Properties recently signed a 89,896 square foot lease with Houston based manufacturer, Express Bolt & Gasket, for its newly developed distribution center located at 431 E. Airtex Drive in Houston, Texas. Chad Parrish, Vice President of Molto Properties in the Southern Region said, “The building has great, direct access to I-45 and close proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport, making it a strategic location for various tenants. We’re excited to have signed our second lease at this property and are hopeful that we will lease the remaining space property by the end of the year.”

The 166,250 square foot, state of the art facility features 32’ clear ceiling height, 37 loading docks, 130’ truck court, two drive in doors, 194 parking spots, ESFR sprinkler system, and availability for additional trailer storage. Walker Barnett and Ryan Byrd of Colliers represented Molto Properties, and Dan Egger and Jason Long with Provista represented the tenant in the transaction.

Molto has 39,262 square feet remaining for lease. A +/- 2,300 square foot speculative office for the remaining space will be completed in the third quarter of this year.
