Construction Progresses At Airpark International

Phase I of Molto’s project in Hebron, KY, a submarket of Cincinnati, is moving right along. Now with the building slab complete, the site is ready to begin the onsite process of pouring of tilt-up panels. Not only does the 142,021 square foot building feature state of the art tilt-up construction, the building boasts a 32’ clear height, 17 dock doors (expandable to 34 doors total) and 2 drive-in doors.

This distribution center is conveniently located one mile from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and within a one-day drive time to 60% of the US population making the development a strategic location to regional and national distributors.
