3701 Centrella is located in Franklin Park, Illinois across the street from O’Hare International Airport and less the one mile to I-294, I-90 interchange. In addition to this prime location the 106,848 square foot Class A building will feature 32′ clear height with 20 exterior docks plus 2 drive-in doors. FCL Builders are on target for a 2018 Fourth of July completion.
