Air Commerce Phase 3 sitework is well underway in Louisville and on target for 2018 second quarter completion. The site will boast a 677,685 square foot state-of-the-art distribution center. This is the third property developed by Molto and its partner Verus at the Airport Commerce Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
