Molto Properties Acquires Land In Woodridge And Naperville

Molto Properties has closed on a 9.67 acre land site located on Davey Road in Woodridge, IL, and separately on a 6.32 acre land site on Fisher Drive in Naperville, IL.

Molto’s Davey Road site sits between I-55 and I-355 with superb access to both highways. Molto will construct a 124,740 speculative facility that will become available for lease upon completion. The building will feature a 32’ ceiling height, 18 exterior docks (expandable to 40), 2 drive-in-doors and 149 car parking spaces. Jim Estus with Colliers International will be responsible for marketing the facility for lease.

The Fisher Drive site is located in the thriving I-88 Submarket of Chicago. Molto will build a 104,957 speculative industrial facility that will include a 30’ ceiling height, 8 exterior docks (expandable to 30), 2 drive-in-doors, 104 car parking spaces and 10 trailer stalls. Construction will commence this spring with a targeted completion date of October 2017. Jeffrey Kapcheck with CBRE represented Molto Properties in the transaction, and David Prell with CBRE, along with Kapcheck, will be responsible for leasing the facility upon completion.

These acquisitions account for Molto’s third and fourth transactions since the New Year.
