Molto Properties Ventures Into Indianapolis

Molto Properties announced today the acquisition of 47 acres of land located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The site is situated at 5425 Exploration Drive and is part of a 1,700-acre master-planned park known as Ameriplex, in the Southwest Submarket of Indianapolis. The Property has exceptional access to road and air transportation networks. It is adjacent to I-70 and across the Interstate from the second largest FedEx hub in the United States.

“We are very excited to expand the Molto footprint.” Says Todd Naccarato, Managing Principal and Founder of Molto Properties. “Indianapolis is a strong industrial market and the Property’s strategic location capitalizes on critical transportation networks, connecting across the United States.”

Molto will partner with Holladay Properties, Inc. to develop a 620,935 square foot speculative industrial building.

Construction will commence this spring with a targeted Q4, 2017 completion date.

Terry Busch and John Hanley with CBRE represented Molto in the transaction and will be responsible for leasing the Class A facility upon completion. Michael Weishaar and Scott O’Neil with Cushman and Wakefield represented the Seller.
