Molto Properties has purchased 79 acres of vacant land located along McLindon Road in Minooka, IL.
Site improvements will begin Spring of 2017 to prepare for the development of a 1.3 million square foot industrial building.
“The site is situated along the I-80 Corridor in an attractive location for logistics, especially larger regional or national distributors” says Mike Powers, Senior Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Molto Properties.
Powers further stated that build-to-suit activity has picked up in the I-80 Corridor recently, and there is a growing demand for larger distribution buildings.
